Review on YaHoGa Separating Plastic Zippers Overcoats by Jennifer Roberts

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Each bit is as BIG as the photo of the hand holding it!

Works great. We installed it on a giant cover designed to protect our patio table and chairs. Why? Our patio table has a 13 foot diameter teak and canvas shade that installs through a hole in the center of our 8 foot glass topped patio table. We have an umbrella cover and one for the table and chairs. The cover we bought to protect the table and chairs does not have a hole for the umbrella stand. Hence the problem. Even if there was a hole in the table top for an umbrella handle, the umbrella would weigh a ton! Trying to lift it off the table top, hold it upright, and then lower it down through the hole in the center of the table top requires two strong men with long arms. We grow old for trouble. So. I cut a hole in the center of the table top big enough for an umbrella stick and cut a hole from the hole to the bottom edge of the table top. We then added a zipper that runs from the bottom edge of the suitcase to the opening so we can zip it up and open it like a coat. (see photo) Now just wrap the cover around the table and chairs and close with the zipper. Clearing the tablecloth every winter is a breeze and you never have to take off your umbrella!
