good to start with. KEEP YOUR BATTERY CONNECTIONS (+). I give this product 4 stars for what it is. Damn good lighting at a great price!Nevertheless!NO INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS!TOP INSTALLATION! As in previous reviews, there is no installation literature! I'll spare you the search. [.] Now study this. A small amount of information and I'll add my own instructions to safely move your Switch to the center of your console. #1. STRONG HORSE - Remove the 13mm lock nut on the back (and so on as instructed) #1. I-(PASSENGER SIDE) ONLY take a 13mm deep wellhead! (Throw your ratchet over the wall, which is how I wanted to! Try to get into the hole shown in the picture.) Get some straight neck/pronged locks, then very carefully and firmly insert the 13 -mm head on. via the lock nut. Now use the channel locks to capture and remove the nest. Same/reversed application to replace the #1.5 jam nut. ME- (DRIVER'S SIDE) Deep shaft 13 mm. 10-12" extension. It's pretty easy to remove and swap out with these tools. Doesn't deserve a number. Install the lights with a 9/16 wrench (OPEN END). At this point, simply line them up with the Eye out until dark the CIRCUIT DIAGRAM layer Throw it on the garage floor Step on it a few times Set it on fire and dance on it Depending on where you want to place the switch, SIDE BY SIDE I designed this loom like this as it was said !WITHOUT adding lots of wires/connectors to reduce the voltage.I found this to be the best/harmless way WITHOUT degrading my JK.HERE #1.Take the relay and connect it to the wire harness Front panel wiring harness passenger side (corner, above the battery).Pull down and route the cables according to the length on the side passengers.Connect passenger to the drivers and according to the length. In this m At this pun kt I ran my wires over and along the radiator hose to the lightbulb. I also installed a corrugated cover over the cable from the lantern to the light fixture. wire protection and appearance. Well, once you've connected the EXTERIOR of it. You should have a wiring harness with connectors on the passenger side end near the battery. And a bunch of cables. #2 Get a metal hanger. Cut and straighten it to its full length, attach a hook to one end for a comfortable hand #3 Open the passenger door. Insert your finger into the small gap at the top of the quarter panel towards the A-pillar. Remove the plate. 4 clips, very flexible. #4 Take the straight end of the hanger and slide it through the small 1" foam hole you see on the firewall. Repeat until you can VERY EASILY thread the hanger through. #5 From the INSIDE, slide the hanger through the hole and you have a straight end in the engine area. Attach the wires to the hanger and thread them through the foam. (Depending on how much foam is removed now depends on the ease of this step) #6 At this stage I have a loom ready to be hooked up. In this area I already had a hot wire to connect. (For most/all JKs there is a minus in each foot well) YOU MUST EXTEND THE HOT AND NEGATIVE WIRES AT THIS POINT BACK TO THE BATTERY or to a switchable location in the MAIN BOX, just in front of the battery and grab each side and push the handles. Remove the middle plug (directly above the floor console, either plug or grille). pull out and insert again through the bottom hole (with the plug removed) and through the passenger side above the glove box. DO NOT SUBMIT INTO CLIMATE CONTROL SELECTORS! #8 Replace the connector with the cable coming out from underneath. (At this point I just left the extra wire behind the dash and hid the switch behind the grille. You can take the wire anywhere to get the switch out after #7. Good luck! I spent way too much time installing , not to write a review) # 9 Connect to the battery. Key 10mm. 10 at the top of the positive. 11 at the top of the negative pole or 10 at the negative pole. #10 Check, replace all panels, tie up any loose wires. A NOTICE. If you connect directly to the battery! The LED display remains on. Only switch the power supply of the button to the positive pole!
