Arrived flat on Accessory
I ordered navy blue and nude. The fleet arrived completely flat. It was packaged in a thin transparent pouch and shipped in a bubble envelope along with another pendant I ordered. I ordered these after reading a few other reviews saying they were flat but others said they could fluff them up. A few feathers broke after I tried fluffing them up. The flesh colored fascinator wasn't quite as flat but overall I'm very disappointed after spending $27 on these 2. Prefer to buy locally. I haven't messed with the return because I don't have the time and I'll make it work, but I wouldn't recommend it.
