Item received quickly and was pleased with the design of the item. heavy material. Well designed. However, it didn't look good on me so I had to send it back. I'm short and the coat was long on me. The hood is weird. There is a zip around the base of the fur so it can be taken off, but the zip seems too noticeable. The hood has an adjustable strap. I really didn't like how it fit my face, even with the adjustment. However, the coat itself is very warm and seemed great for the deep winter chills. This coat just didn't fit me.
