Comfortable insole, exact size for 12W, leather straps are a little worn as if used once instead of looking naturally pulled up and stitching is a little worn, as if they were seconds from the factory (also arrived in a universal plastic bag). The bottom part of the sandals has never been worn, so I'm keeping them to myself. The straps are also a bit narrow so slipping in can result in partial insertion, in which case you will have to use your hand. But the straps are uncomfortable.
