I followed the instructions carefully, pulled very slowly and tried not to tangle things. This whole giant arch was a mess. Some retainers broke and the traction band wore out, causing an imbalance. I've used drawstrings before and they're generally cool, but this huge one was a disaster. A lot of money was spent on something that didn't match the description. In order for this to work, I had to staple the paperclips together. I shouldn't have done that.
