Disappointed but changed my mind.
Something is wrong with mine. Most of the time when I try to use it, it doesn't work even if it's fully charged. I sent the first one back for the same reason. I've filled it with WD40 to make it work, but I don't want to do it every time. UPDATE: Many months have passed, after I liberally lubricated it with WD40 and let it run for a few minutes, it worked perfectly. Cuts tight, easy to use, no complaints.
