Review on Overboard Ultra Light Backpack 30 Liter by Chris Burns

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Overall good bag; Poorly designed outer shell

I bought this bag with the express intention of protecting my camera bag during a trip to the Galapagos Islands. The bag is lightweight and durable. It has an interior zip pocket measuring about 6 x 9 inches, suitable for wallet, cellphone and small thin items. It closes easily and securely. Although I didn't date him much, he was comfortable with about 10 pounds of gear. outer mesh pocket. The seam is poorly designed and mine was starting to unravel. About 1 inch of the tubing came out of the mesh, resulting in a slight gap. I used a wet shirt storage bag which may have stretched the bag to its limit when the mesh was pulled out of the piping. Holds together easily. Otherwise the bag is really good considering its light weight. Note: I sent them back to the manufacturer and got a replacement but had to pay for return shipping Huge disappointment paying the return shipping cost when it was a manufacturer fault and I received the original purchase with free shipping.

Pros
  • Zipper closure
Cons
  • Some bugs
