Good double-sided mirror. One side is 1X, the other side is 5X. The 5x magnification provided good magnification, almost to the point where I didn't want to see myself that close. ha ha. The mirrors are excellent, they are real glass mirrors. The frame and base are made of plastic with a light, slightly faded marble pattern. This creates an acceptable visual design. The product is lightweight due to the plastic aspects. This makes it a convenient choice for travel. The mirror rotates and appears to hold its position through friction. When new, it easily holds the selected position of the mirror. Whether this aspect will prevail over time and use will only be revealed once these conditions are met. But so far it's as expected. As for the target audience: the second half said that this is a decent mirror. This is probably better suited to the younger demographic. An adult would like a better frame (metal frame and base). However, this is a quality mirror with a very good 5x magnification. She thinks her teenage niece will appreciate it. Attached are photos showing the real world, with a ruler for size reference. So the bottom line is this is a very reliable two-way mirror. It corresponds to the photos in the product description. After the first impression, this affordable reversible mirror gets a rating of 4.25 to 4.5 stars.
