Review on Sennheiser HD280PRO: 🎧 Next-Generation Pro Audio Headphones by Yusri ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am very happy with this purchase, I will advise everyone!

It has been a while since I've used headphones with a reproduction quality comparable to these. Interconnected with a Creative Sound Blaster ZxR. As I heard my songs "sawed to holes" for the first time, I sat all evening with squinted eyes and a slack jaw as a result of the experience. It turns out that before numerous sounds I heard things in a very different way. Several of these I am completely unfamiliar with. It sounds as though there are new instruments being played, particularly in the higher frequencies of the tune. Indeed, and the HF themselves now sound clearly and separately, rather than like "ringing porridge;" I am able to pick out each individual percussion instrument by ear. When you have hearing like this, you don't want to mess with the equalizer. On the contrary, he pruned it whenever and wherever he came across it. Strong and profound are two words that describe the sub-bass. In addition, this is the way that it should work: if you increase the equalization even a little bit, they will lose their power, but if you decrease it even a little bit, they will begin to buzz. In general, it appears as though the speakers have had subwoofers bolted into them. When I played "Tomb Raider" in the year 2022, the sound was as if it were coming from a single source, just like it would be in a movie theater. The only thing that makes the picture a little less appealing is the fact that the basses, which are located somewhat closer to the mids, are a little short. I'm a huge fan of any and all shooting games. In a nutshell, the low-frequency "bass" component of the sound that is produced when a firearm is discharged may be found in this frequency band. The sound sounds dull and lifeless without it, as if you were firing plastic rounds from a plastic machine gun. Only with the bass does one get the feeling that what they are holding in their hands is a death machine. If you adjust the equalizer in such a way that the bass becomes more audible, however, the game's entire soundscape will be warped, which is an even more problematic outcome. I really hope this is only a momentary issue and that it's just because the headphones haven't fully warmed up yet (I bought them literally 2 weeks ago). In the end, I'm satisfied with the purchase that I made. Games are games, but being able to listen to music while playing them is like having an acoustic orgasm.

Pros
  • Amazing in every way. I gained an appreciation for a sound that is both pristine and lovely as a result of my time spent with them. Incredible highs and bass, especially sub-bass, and crystal clear mids and lows. These have a comfortable fit on the head. The noise isolation is really good, and the "gags" are the only thing that could be better. There is not even a creak. A twisted wire, similar to the one used in telephones, is difficult to bend and impossible to break. There is a threaded adapter for a jack 6.5 that is included in the package; it is fastened down so that it cannot be misplaced. Sound quality is indicated by an impedance of 64 ohms.
Cons
  • The same wire is heavier because of the twisting that it has. Nonetheless, I was able to resolve this issue on my own. Because to the snug fit of the ear pads on the skull, it is likely that the wearer's ears would sweat or at the very least become overheated when exposed to the heat. Impedance of 64 Ohm; this will not be pulled by every player or by a sound that is feeble.
