On the advice of our family pediatrician, I grew up without a pillow until I was 11 years old. Ever since I learned to sleep horizontally, having a pillow, unless it was too thick, was a nice surprise. Since then, I've often been dissatisfied with plump pillows that are too high. So these pillows looked worth trying. So glad I did! They are perfect for me, so comfortable. I no longer have to adjust my neck and head or just pull the edges to rest my head. It's soft and gentle, but doesn't throw its head back too much. Easy to care: You can put a pillowcase on it and then clean the pillowcases at any time, or you can use it without the q pillowcase and then open the included cover. I usually use one of my pillowcases to match the sheets, but it's fine anyway. I should have switched to these pillows a long time ago!
