I’m barely 5’5. So this thing has to unzip for me to sit down. I got a medium bc I was afraid a small would be too tight. Glad I got the medium. The legs are like skinny cut style so they’re tight around the legs. There’s extra fabric in the outer hip (don’t be confused with it being big there for men bc it’s definitely not. It’s still tight but awkwardly cut with a hump around the lower hips). This is super soft and very warm and I need for a party which is the only reason I’m not returning. However if it was a family party it would be a no go due to fit. Definitely size up if you’re worried or in between sizes
