So I originally gave this product 3 stars because it was a bit small. I said initially that I train, I'm of average/athletic build but not bulky by any means. Well someone from customer service read my review and emailed me apologizing for the inconvenience. Not only did they send me an apology, they also sent me a free extension to make my bandage more comfortable. These people show that Iorja really cares about the customers and values them! I would have given the product 5 stars if there weren't ONLY two things: 1.) my original purchase was too snug for my hand, and 2.) the extension came with no instructions and it took me a little time to figure it out , how it works. . Wristbands are generally not as comfortable as those that attach the phone to the forearm, so I'm not deducting stars for convenience. The product arrives exactly as described and the customer service is excellent (they went out of their way to take care of me even without my asking). My experience with YORJA was 5 stars but the product itself only gets 4 stars because sizing can be tricky.
