As someone WHO works in a hazardous environment, I've come to rely on FOOWOO's protective grinding gear. According to my experience, these shoulder pads fit comfortably and stay in place during strenuous activities. The added flame resistance is definitely a plus, giving me peace of mind when working with heat sources .However the shoulder pads may feel bulky under certain types of clothing, but I find it to be a small price to pay for such reliable protection..
