Update: After my first check the company sent a second book. It's good that one hasn't snapped yet, it's the same quality so I wouldn't be surprised if it has. I am impressed with their customer service and how quickly they responded to me. (I just haven't had a chance to update it since I got the second book.) I'll update when the second book does the same. First review: I love how this little case works! It was very helpful for me to keep track of what tasks were on which cards (professional photography student) but the first time I tried to remove the card from the case the plastic broke, although I tried to be careful to be. I haven't tried removing the other three cards I have in the case yet, but I'm very disappointed that I can no longer use one of the locations. I put the card back in for the photo and she ripped a little more and took it out again even though I knew it was there and was careful with it. 😢
