I've bought and bought and this is exactly what I was looking for in terms of weight and material. I have worn this brand to hotels and spas and loved the cotton/poly blend. I was afraid that the polyethylene would not breathe, absorb well and be too hot. It's also a great robe for hotter climates, it's not bulky, hot and doesn't take up much space in a suitcase or holdall. It is pleasant to walk around the house during the preparation, it does not burden you. The ONLY thing I wish the sleeves weren't so wide but I think it's comfortable and since I'm 5" x 2" they fit up to my wrist. I'll find a way to keep her. back when I decide to cook in my bathrobe. ;-) Buy more of these to have a monogram for gifts.
