Very easy assembly. I enjoy "dancing" to the music while doing this. I get about 700 "steps" per song. I got bored walking around the neighborhood so thought I'd try bouncing around my living room instead. I love it. I actually use it more than I thought because it's fun to listen to music instead of walking around. I chose this one because it costs over $300. It's not that I'm that heavy, but I'm not light either, and I figured a higher weight class meant it would last longer.
