No problem when setting up via USB connection. The problem is that the paper is jammed in the printer and not in the document feeder. Since I don't want to use this device as a production printer (I have several color lasers), this is not a problem. However, since I paid for a fully working printer, I will ask for a return and replacement. I'll update here as things progress. Today I am printing out the return form and repackaging it. That's why I always buy from Revain Prime. worth every penny. I still wish I had bought stocks sooner. Later more. Good. I will return the next day. I was packing the printer for a return and accidentally noticed that one of the shipping tapes that protect the machine's components during shipping was damaged. never deleted by me. thought I had them all. Unfortunately, the feed roller interfered with the paper getting stuck. After removing the ribbon, this device prints and feeds paper like a champ. So I will now test further during the return period. So far, so good. I'll bump things up a star based on ease of use and other factors. However, since I've dealt with ink before, I won't tackle this issue. If you need a serial color printer, buy a good quality color laser. More on that later in testing.
