Lenovo is usually a good product; However, this particular product was terrible. I'm about to return it for a full refund. At the beginning, out of the box and after the initial setup, there were a lot of upgrades to do. The most important was the BIOS update. Well, after 2 weeks of calls and help from Lenovo, the BIOS still fails to update. In fact, there are several problems that a computer cannot solve. I am very disappointed in this Lenovo product. Instead of replacing the horrible one I have with another Lenovo I will find a better product
