I bought this in a bogo promotion. What a huge mistake! The material feels awful. Other sleep bags I have bought are super soft that you yourself want to sleep in them. I didn’t even open up the packaging because I knew I would immediately return it. Customer service refused to give me a prepaid return label because they said that there was nothing wrong with the product. So basically I wasted my time and money for nothing. Had I have seen these in a store I’ve been able to feel them ahead of time I would never have bought them in the first place
