Review on SCORLIA Insulated Thermal Backpack Convertible by Jessica Wallace

I loved this lunch box. I bought it at the end of January. Unfortunately it's April and one of my tires came off, the lining fell apart and tonight my zipper came loose. I only use it 2-3 nights a week, I never pack it too full and 3-4 nights a week it sits on a shelf at home because I'm a nurse and I work 36 hours. weeks of work. So I am very disappointed that after 2.5 months it is falling apart and I have to get a new one. Update: While the company was generous enough to offer me a refund, which I appreciate, they emailed me multiple times a week each week asking me to remove or edit my review. Personally, I don't feel comfortable changing a review if my experience with their product was negative. I don't want others like me to learn the hard way about the quality of their product so I will NOT change my rating.
