I use it in a hospital, I'm a therapist and need to transport adaptive equipment to different floors in the hospital. This is ideal for infection control reasons as you can use disinfectant wipes to clean the surface. Two cons so far: (1) The wheels are very noisy. The wheels have 2 transverse seams that make a noise every time they roll on linoleum floors. I contacted the seller, they offered to file the seams which worked. (2) Second complaint: I wish the second zipper was closer to the handle or the second compartment closer to the back. Also, it met my needs and I use it every day at work.
