The shorts were soft and cute...but after washing in cold water and tumble drying, they were too tight for my daughter. I bought her a size 8-10 and she usually wears an 8-10. She has a 24 inch waist. And the drawstring is not even a functional drawstring, it's just "decoration". The lace cannot be tightened or loosened, it is simply sewn forward. Disappointing.
