It protects the laptop, but the finish sucks.

The design on the top cover has peeled off when used indoors where the laptop has never left the house and has never been placed in a bag or suitcase. It looks like it has been gnawed on by rats but I can assure everyone I don't have any rodents just the finish has no durability compared to laminate design. So I will not order from this company again.
