Ideal training scissors for toddlers.

This is 100% plastic, not metal. Will not cut or puncture skin. It only seems to cut paper (and HAIR, so keep that in mind!) and nothing more. This is perfect for teaching my kids how to use scissors without fear of someone bleeding out afterwards. If you have more than one child this is a great set with three pairs and a stack of paper squares to cut out and work with. I highly recommend.
