If you have smelly bones and nothing else works - go for it. If this doesn't work, see your doctor. Believe me, if the smell kills a teenager, BO will kill the rest. We choose fragrance-free because there have been reactions to fragranced products in the past (not this specific deodorant, but in general). If that's not a problem, try scents. I know it claims 48 hour protection but I'm glad the scent lasts over 10 hours.
