* Read the specifications carefully * Does not work as advertised.

I bought this item because I have a Macbook with only one USB-C port. This causes a problem when I want to use the peripheral device for a long time, since I cannot connect the power cord and the device at the same time. The last line of the description of this item states that it powers your laptop along with other devices; THIS IS NOT TRUE, there are no charges for your laptop, only external devices connected to the hub. For this reason the article gets 1 star. If I later find out it's my fault, I'm happy to change the star rating as it works like a HUB.
