I have a hard time finding pillows. I have osteochondrosis in my neck and back. All pillows just seem flat. I can't have them without support, but too hard is bad too. These pillows do it all. I stay pretty still when I sleep, so you probably won't feel good tossing it around. I sleep on my side too. I put her in her place. They support my head and neck all night long. When I roll to the other side I have to reshape and shrink. They just don't go flat. There's a perfect mix of down and feathers, they're firm but frizzy if that makes sense. Recommended for anyone with similar problems. I finally sleep well without morning neck pain.
