The chair was received in good condition although the packaging was large and heavy. The chair was packaged well and only took a few minutes to assemble. The graphical process was easy to follow and worked well with the equipment and tools provided. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and supportive this chair is. I'm a tall man and this chair has enough room for my 6ft height. The only downside to this chair that I found is that the chair controls (on the right side) are uncomfortable when sitting in the chair normally. The controls work smoothly, but you have to "bend over" to the right to get to the control lever. Overall this chair is value for money and looks like it will last a long time.
