The tape fulfills the task of reflecting.
I cut the tape into 7 pieces. Glue on the motorcycle trailer. Three pieces fell off the next morning. I smeared them with glue and taped them back. Have done over 1200 miles and all 7 are still taped to the trailer but be aware I had to use spray adhesive.
