We have just moved to a rental property in a very hard water area. My hair literally fell out in clumps and felt waxy even after multiple washes. My skin was dry and I kept changing soap and shampoo thinking that was the problem. My sister suggested I buy a water softener, but since the system didn't allow it, I looked for alternatives and found these. We installed it today and I already love the difference! Although my hair fell out more than usual while brushing, that's nothing compared to what has happened lately and as I've only used it once I'd say it's a win!
