We have 5 cats and they all love this food. However, I would like to ask a question about taurine levels. As you know, cats need taurine in their diet. The Wikipedia article on taurine states that wet cat food must contain at least 0.2% taurine to be approved by the Association of American Feed Control Officials. The label of this product states that it contains at least 0.05% taurine. Is it really enough? I've found other articles that suggest a minimum requirement of 0.1% (e.g. 1000 mg of taurine per 2.2 pounds of food). I'm not a veterinarian or an expert, just a concerned pet owner.
