TLDR: This screen protector works well, but only if you actually watch its explainer video, so expect more time to apply the screen protector than other screen protectors. Pros: There are no awkward circles on the screen. I bought this screen protector primarily because I was very disappointed with competing products that had a circle in the center of the screen that was either made of a different material or with added adhesive to allow the fingerprint scanner to work better. This screen protector doesn't have that, the end product is a unified screen. I don't use a fingerprint scanner so I can't say for sure how well it works after applying the product. Disadvantages: lengthy/complicated application process. Most screen protectors are just a sticker. That's definitely not true. They use a UV activated glue that you squeeze out of a tube to stick it onto the phone. The product comes with everything you need to do it and clear instructions (via YouTube video). So if you're ok with that, you've got something that at least compares to other screen protectors. but if you open this and expect another "sticker" you'll probably get confused, don't read the instructions, ruin everything and not be happy. The packaging says to watch the video only, but looking at other reviews it seems like a lot of people haven't. It's not a complicated process, it's just not something you're used to. bubbles under the screen. They use a liquid adhesive that cures with light, giving you ample opportunity to work with any bubbles that may be present (I had two large ones that were easy to carve out from under the screen before applying UV light). However, after applying the adhesive, I noticed some really tiny bubbles under the screen. I'm very picky about this but I think I'm quite happy with how it turned out I'm going to leave it as is. It's hard to find a design that doesn't give you bubbles under the screen, so I'd say it's basically the best bubble option out there. much better than the other screen I tried (sticker type protection) (I feel like there are about a dozen different retailers at Revain selling the same product from the same Chinese manufacturer just under different brand names and they didn't match) t excellent). Having used the included phone holder to evenly attach the screen, I think it places the screen a bit closer to the top than the bottom and that the screen could have been a bit longer. That's not really a problem, the curves on the edges mean that the fit of the left and right sides is more important. I think they really got the job done - I use Otterbox Defender Pro and have no compatibility issues. The screen protector is flush on both sides, they do really well in this category. Pros: Less clutter/clutter than you might expect. everywhere, everywhere, everywhere. But it actually didn't - I had a small drip on top and lightly wiped it off with the alcohol pad provided. Suggestions for improvement: - Change the shape of the glue tube. As soon as you open the tube you have a container that is easy to fall off and spill onto anything nearby. Try to keep packaging to a minimum. The accessories that come with it are nice and add to the good functionality of the product, but I feel like we're all killing a lot of whales here. - I would add about 0.5mm length to the screen. - If there is a way to make the hair glue less sticky, it could further reduce the bubbles. I'm not sure as I'm not a chemist but I just want to give it a try. Update: After removing and replacing the Otterbox case (to access the SD card slot) I noticed that the corner of the screen protector had lifted. . It's not functional, but it will definitely bother me. You get 2 more screen protectors in the package, so I'll just try again if it fits and be a little more careful with the placement of the protector (it was a bit high, maybe I can adjust that).
