dentist chair? for children's furniture

So my old office chair broke and I was in desperate need of a new one - the neighbor downstairs used to hit me on the floor every time my old chair creaked, so I ordered it pretty quickly. I've always wanted a chair like this and the price was right on this one - most others are in the $500 range and were designed by Le Corbusier. This is something much cheaper and more practical, but unfortunately NOT perfect. The back is too short, I'm not that tall and part of the pillow still touches my back just below the neck, it's definitely not comfortable. To get rid of this feeling, you have to bend down, which of course creates another problem: there is space between your lower back and the chair, causing your spine to curve in an uncomfortable way. The good thing is that you avoid bumping into that pesky support bar that's located at the back on the underside of the chair. I think improvising with memory foam could bring this chair into better shape, but I just wonder why they didn't do it at the factory. upright, I want it to stay in a hunched position, but unfortunately the part that needs to be rotated to fix it keeps jerking and even making noise while the chair tries to crawl forward in an uncomfortable mode. I would give it 3 stars but for the price and the level of comfort/body position compared to a regular office chair it is very good. There are several similar models on Amazon that are in the same price range but don't suffer from the top cushioning defect, so they might be worth a try as well.
