Very sensitive to location. I put it under the monitor. If you tilt it by 45 degrees, so that the frontal plane is directed to the face, then high frequencies appear, otherwise only mids + slurred (which is not surprising at such sizes) bass are heard. In such an inclined position, it even seemed to me that he was not so bad. Haven't compared it to the Marshall Killburn II yet. This is not earth and sky, this is the earth's core and space. It's just incomparable. As a result, I returned it to the store and took the G7000 (soundbar + subwoofer). Absolutely different level at a comparable cost. They are pleased. Perhaps if you hang the Yamaha on the wall under the TV, the situation would be better, but I strongly do not recommend it for a computer. Try to still find a place for classic speakers or look for another option.
