I gave it a 4 because the misleading photo shows ingredients that are different than what's on the bottle, which you actually receive. Proper Ingredients: Sesamum Indicum (Sesame) Seed Oil, Paraffinum Liquidum (Mineral Oil), Tocopherol, Parfum (Fragrance) As they say, this is a fantastic eye makeup remover (I always use it on my face, though you need to wash it well). It's very gentle, never stings my eyes. I also have sensitive skin so it never burns or dries my eyelids. It has a slight odor which isn't bad but I would go for the unscented version. It never leaves a film on my eyeballs like other eye makeup removers that contain two liquids do. all in all I highly recommend it! and a little goes a long way! Tip: I use a gentle Vanicream cleanser (which I think is the best) and when I clean my face after rubbing this oil into my eyes, I essentially rinse the oil out of my eyes instead of using a cotton swab ( which reduces waste!). and vanicream is so gentle and yet effective that it never stings your eyes
