I bought this on a friend's recommendation and I'm glad I did. Recently my apartment complex has been using a lot more chlorine in the water system and I can smell the chemicals in the water. I didn't understand why my skin was getting drier and my hair was starting to deteriorate. shower and immediately feel like my hair is greasy or messy because of build up at the roots. When I showered with this soft water filter I immediately felt the difference and my hair was blonde again, it took 2 washes to get rid of the build up but now my hair looks better again.
