I got these for my son to wear at schools. I like the elastic buckles. They save him from tying the shoes laces. He is still not good at that. I only wish the shoe laces are a little bit shorter. They flap up and down when he runs. He has to remember to tuck them in between the shoe laces. The plastic claps on the ends can be opened. I cut the laces short and close the claps back. Now they are much better.The insoles and outsoles have good cushion. They are comfortable to wear. The upper surface is breathable. I don't see sweat trapped inside on a hot day. Overall, a good pair of shoes at a decent price.
