This isn't going to stop anyone who really intends to access the medication inside, but I knew it was going to happen. I doubt most cabinets will stop. Despite this, it is well built and arrived in good condition. We use it to store medication for my elderly parents so caregivers can't access it. The clipboard slot on the door is great. We use it to store a clipboard to keep track of what medications have been administered and when. It would be nice if a shelf could be adjusted, but that might also reduce its strength. Overall I would recommend if you are looking for something that is visible in its intent and relatively safe.
