No cooler - defective contacts.

It's bright. It's easy to install. However, since there is nothing in the connectors to dissipate the heat, they tend to break the connection to the LED or PCB. If they are used after a while they are ok. But not so much for a long time. Mine lasted a week before the plugs broke. If you look at the picture of the item. Enlarge the part that plugs into the socket. These two pieces of metal look like bent paperclips. Those are the connections I mean. Use those where the terminals are plates. and no kinked wires. I gave two stars if they are light. The costs were small. And it was easy to install.
