Review on 💦 Ouidad Curl Quencher Moisturizing Conditioner, 8.5 Fluid Ounces by Jessica Harrison

My hair (3c) has been pretty dry lately, especially on the ends, so I wanted to try a higher quality conditioner that really moisturizes hydrates my curls and makes them easier to comb in the shower. Unfortunately I think the product I received must be defective because it basically did the opposite of what it was supposed to do / as most of the reviews described. After applying it and spreading it over the bottom half of my hair (the driest part), my hair was already even drier than before. Trying to get through it was even worse. Judging by the reviews I was expecting it to be nice and slippery to help clean but that only made matters worse. When I got out of the shower and felt the ends of my hair, although all knotted (which was very difficult - I used a lot of conditioner and the more I used it the worse) and soaked, it still felt terribly dry. I am sending it back immediately because I saw a review mentioning the same experience which resulted in damage after 2 weeks. It's also worth noting that this isn't the only Ouidad product I've purchased. The air conditioned advanced shampoo and gel works very well and smells great. The gel actually served as a better detangler than the conditioner.
