Great for little people! Not much support for medium and large adults.
I like that they are soft but not too fluffy. I can tuck it under my neck for more support, but flat, not much support. My 5 year old daughter loves it and stole it from me and now I use Align 2.0 which I like more because it has more support but I want to get that support from 1.0 because I like it when it's thinner.
