Updated 10/31/2021 - more protruding threads. This is the 2nd one we have ordered. The first was fine until washed, and then the threads started sticking out. I thought it was a coincidence so I went ahead and ordered another one. When this arrived it was so wrinkled that it had to be washed before first use. After washing, protruding threads began to appear. Now they hook in and out in multiple places. We will no longer receive them due to low quality. First Review - The biggest issue was the packaging change. Probably due to ongoing shipping issues which is why they are now using vacuum packs to fit more in each shipping container. This may work well for many things, but not for this one. As a result, we got a completely compressed, crumpled mess. At first I thought I'd just throw it in the washing machine, dry it and remove the wrinkles, but no luck. At that time, the only plan B was, so to speak, to take the whole thing and smooth out the mess with a hand steamer. Even after all that, ninety minutes of vaping and still a lot of hard-pressed wrinkles still haven't gone away. Then, to top it off, did they start finding stray threads all over the place? I have little doubt that in the next wash more threads will fall out and need to be trimmed. This blanket is not at all what we expected. The way it was delivered and the poor carving quality ruined it. We will never buy anything from this company again.
