Review on Impacto 503 20 Fingerless Impact Gloves by David Plunkett

Revainrating 5 out of 5

If you have a wrist/hand injury/weakness Turkish Get-Up (TGU) equipment is required

Another (positive) reviewer said he bought these for a professional pinball player . Absolutely logical! For me, a non-standard application (if the "standard" is some kind of manual labor) is the "Turkish rise" exercise. For some reason my right wrist and palm started to hurt badly even without weights in the weighted position (with my left arm up). Something with a combination of wrist extensions, connective tissue, whatever. Anyway, it saved my ability to do TGU. They're perfect for things like this because the impact protection is only in one specific spot - they don't add to the overall weight or redundancy. depreciation elsewhere.

Pros
  • Lab, safety and work gloves
Cons
  • No instructions
