I like how it helps me manage my ads accounts without having to contact anyone from their support team. The interface is also pretty easy to use which makes it even easier for myself or a client that needs help managing his/her ad spend. It's not very useful if your agency doesn't want you to have access to all their clients' ad spends because they are locked away in an individual database. Also the price seems a little high compared to other providers out there so be sure to do thorough research before signing up with them (especially considering some of the competition out there). We've seen quite significant improvements in our ROI by using this product as we now know exactly where each one of our advertisers money goes when he signsup for paid search programs.
