Works very little
My husband wears a 38 waist which means all his belts are the same size. This belt is said to be 41 feet and under in length, but it doesn't fit close to either end. He couldn't fasten his belt even though he usually wears it. He would have had to reduce his waist to 34 for this belt to fit. And while a 34 inch waist is admirable, that's not going to happen anytime soon in my husband's world!
