Miracles in a jar? No, but it's the next best thing. There is one particular study showing that a mixture of propolis, aloe and tea tree oil is as effective as topical antibiotics in treating superficial acne (more research is needed for cystic acne). I used to apply BP all over my face, but now I only apply it to where I'm prone to cystic acne.
