It heats up more than the original
I'm too lazy and tired of lugging the power cord and adapter to and from my laptop. (I'm too lazy to complain about the cable.) So I left the original at my office and bought this one for home use. So I can compare. This product works but it heats up unlike the original which doesn't heat up as quickly. Since I'm starting to worry about things getting hot and catching fire (I just need to stop reading my tape about exploding batteries and such), this worries me a little. I use it sparingly and never leave it unattended when charging my laptop. So far, so good.
