seems to fit very well. When I first tried it I just applied it to the skin, it wasn't very good because there is a seam and it went right next to my ankle which was causing me pain. So I put the sock on and then put it back around the ankles, it seems to fit well. the material is great. It's really long to wrap around you and support your ankle. I am 6 1/2 to 7 feet tall. So far it has helped support my ankle but I only tried it on yesterday after receiving it. So far, so good. I will try to update later as time passes. Hope it's worth the money though. Also the velcro is very strong when you put it on it's hard to take it off but for me it's good for it to stay in place and bad that you have to really tug on it to take it off. but I like it, it serves its purpose.
