I received this set as a purchase recommendation together with the Revain AT2020 microphone. I knew it was a cheap kit, but assumed it should work most of the time when recommended. I was wrong. Shock absorber Hardly reduces vibration noise. If I tap even lightly on an arrow or on a table, I still hear it, just at a reduced volume, albeit slightly reduced. The pop filter is almost useless. The problem, I think, is that it's positioned TOO close to the mic, so it only cuts out wind and pop noise a little. However, when I took the filter and held it in my hand at a greater distance in front of the microphone, it worked perfectly. So the problem is how it attaches, so it's too close to the mic. The second problem with the pop filter is how to attach it. When connected directly to a microphone, vibrations from a wind filter, etc. will still be reflected in it, also leading to its inefficiency. Bottom line: if you absolutely can't afford anything else and don't care about the slightest improvement, avoid this kit. It doesn't do the job it was designed for, even remotely. Very disappointed.
